A:R ratio

Understanding the adoption/resistance ratio is the key to synergising potentialities. Once you have this ratio, you have the key to incentivising enthusiasm, which leads to visualisation.

To calculate the ratio is, however, not as straightforward as it first seems.

The innovation champion must assess the attitudes of staff and client sectors with a view to establishing a baseline.

That baseline must be determined using relevant, accessible and comprehensive data sources to ensure rigor and constitutionality in the data process.

In so doing the innovation champion must invoke the "non-bias rule" in constructing an appropriate questionnaire.

Accordingly, such a questionnaire should eschew direct, point-to-point questions but rather concentrate on matters that will advance visualisation.

A sample questionnaire that satisfactorily meets the non-bias rule is set out below:
