Innovation as a starting point

Innovation is the growth factor by which creativity is measured and sustained.Unfortunately, many organisations do not adhere to a paradigm that sufficiently synergises these potentialities. Even where some attempt is made to invoke some semblance of culture to innovate by design, the culture is often not holistic. In other words, its potential does not equal its output, both quantitatively and qualitatively. (Crumb: 2017)
So where does one start?
The obvious first step is to measure the adoption/resistance ratio which may be expressed as:
A : RWhile this might seem trite, the above formula hides a suprising multitude of subtleties and progressive amalgamations of complexity in its algorithms. We will deal with those in another module.
For the present purposes, it suffices to say that a baseline needs to be established, preferably by a measurable and testable thesis.
How this baseline is established will vary from organisation to organisation to meet both structural demands and perceived patterns (ie. the baseline must account for potential pareidolia).
Only once this is done, is it possible for potentialities to be synergised.
Next: The importance of non-bias.
